AGRICULTURAL NOTICE

In accordance with the Municipal Government Act and the Land Use Bylaw for the Town of High Prairie, notice is hereby given that agricultural land and agriculture operations exist within the Town of High Prairie and adjacent to Town boundaries.

Normal agricultural operations may create noise, dust from cultivation, use fertilizers and pesticides or herbicides, involve aerial spraying, have extended hours of operation and create an odour from the spreading of manure.

This notice is provided to all residents in order to increase awareness of the presence of agricultural operations, to minimize nuisance complaints and to reduce conflicts between agricultural operations and other land uses as the spring seeding season begins.
