The Council of the Town of High Prairie in the Province of Alberta, deems it necessary to amend the Town of High Prairie Land Use Bylaw to improve the clarity and consistency of the bylaw;
Amendments were made to the following:
Accessory Dwelling Unit Section 1.6
- Garage Suite
- Garden Suite
- Secondary Suite
Dwelling Unit Manufactured Home Section 1.6
- A manufactured home in the Manufactured Home Park District (MHP) shall be manufactured no earlier than 1985.
- A manufactured home in any other district shall be no more than twelve (12) years old at time of application
