CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL & ADMINISTRATION FEE POLICY
REGISTERED PROGRAMS: (Lessons, Water Fitness, PD Day Camp, etc.)
Cancellation: We require the right to cancel or change classes due to low enrollment. All cancelled programs will receive 100% refund or credit.
Withdrawals: All withdrawals are subject to a $10.00 administration fee and must either be medical or 14 days prior to the first lesson/class.
PLEASE NOTE: Credits are not issued for classes missed during a session. Make-up classes are not available, unless it has been rescheduled by the instructor/facilitator. Non-attendance in a class does not constitute a withdrawal.
FACILITY RENTALS: (Birthday Party Packages, Pool Rental, etc.)
Rental cancellations require 14 days notice for a refund/credit/transfer.
